Your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address, product name and serial number, date when the problem started and description of the problem.
Dealers can only contact True Heading for support.
True Heading charges SEK875:- incl VAT if the fault is excluded by the Consumer Purchases Act.
The customer has to agree that service can be done for up to SEK1000:- incl VAT (the reviewcharge is included) if fault is excluded by the Consumer Purchases Act.
The customer agrees that True Heading keeps the product if it is not possible to repair it.
